I'm so very sorry for the situation you are put in. I had to give my little Reese not too long ago, and it was very tough on me. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. But I'm crossing my fingers that you do get this worked out. Finding an apartment that allows pets in NY is almost as hard as finding one in CA. I know what you're going through.
