We had directv and it sucked! We didn't have problems with our signal but we found their customer service department terrible! They were always messing something up. Every time we would have a technician come look at our box or dish they would come at times when we said we wouldnt be home and just sit in our drive way and call non stop. It was annoying! I always get creeped out my letting strangers like that in and so I called my mom to come sit with me and they installed our system when we moved. After he was done we had a heck of a time getting him to go. He sat and watched tv with us. I was so glad mom stayed with me. I give them a big
