Hi, I acutally don't make them...I couldn't sew even if my life depended on it.
The size I've ordered and keeping on stock is 16x23 for the mat which would be good probably from a 4lb yorkie to a 20lb dog. The other sizes I can order you is

I don't have a big dog to determine if your 97lb dog will fit the mat so take a tape measure and measure around him.
Also, keep in mind the larger the sizes get, the more then run for the material. The prices quoted for above are the baby to medium sizes.

yes, they'll be great in a stroller, poolside, at the beach, really anywhere outdoors.
