The link with the answers Fasteddie provided are really great, infact if you haven't read the whole thread I recomend you do so. It's very informative. My puppy had the same problem, his ears stood up one day and then were down and floppy the next, turns out he had alot of stinky earwax build up. I cleaned out his ears which took me three days of cleaning to get them to stop being stinky and I would also massage his ears up at the cleaning and whenever I was playing with him. By the third day it was enough that he now always has his ears up. Ears up or down is a preference (besides the akc standard thing) I like the way he looks like a fox/rabbit/cat mix with his ears up lol and I can tell what mood he's in by the way he moves them.
