I agree, this is HORRIBLY TRAGIC!! Who would do that? Dogs can't even be given anesthesia unless they weigh 2lbs. (at least that is what my vet said). I hope that lady learned her lesson and will never do such a ridiculous thing again! That poor yorkie!
