I agree with you guys also, that this "cleaning service" needs to be re-examined. As for the WalMart tapes, I do recall weeks ago, reading here that they were very grainy, not distinct at all. But I still think it's a shame that Maureen could not view them herself; only she could get the satisfaction of closing that door once and for all.
