It's just TERRIBLE! She wasn't even 21 yet when the first DUI Happened 3 months ago. Apparently she has paid her $25K bail and is already out. Do you think she CARES about a measly $25K when she makes millions?
Her lack of caring aggravates me. She will probably do it again next week. She hasn't even went to court yet for the first DUI!
Are we going to wait for someone to die before any real action is taken?
