For those of you that homecook, have you ever/do you notice that some of the food goes through them, mostly undigested? Is this something to be worried about? Is there anything I can do?

I noticed this awhile back with a few veggies, but didn't think much of it. I was feeding rice/meat/kidney beans/veggies, and oats/turkey/carrots, but I switched to hulled barley/meat/kidney beans/sweet potato, and that's when I really noticed it with the barley.

Any ideas/advice/suggestions?
