yeah it was a miserable thing. One of the families displaced was one that it was young girl that was sick. Her whole family managed to arrange do to this to celebrate her birthday and lost out. They were given a choice to rebook and get a $50 credit. Never mind that they were losing out because they bought airplane tickets on sale and they were non-refundable.
