I was of the opinion a red leg can and does produce red legs in their litters, but was told I was wrong..that was my reasoning for not using them in a breeding program... he looks like a great pet..I would not pay $800, but that does not mean he is not worth it to you..just a matter of opinion...I am sure many would never pay what I have paid for some Yorks...
