My Samuel Glenn was diagnosed with Cushings back in May. It is very scarey when you start the Lysodren. I took off days from work when my mother couldn't watch him just in case he started to vomit or stop eating during the day. After the ten day loading dose, they did the test again and his levels were perfect. Now he takes a quarter of a pill once a week, he will need to for the rest of his life, but I have noticed a significant difference since may. His liver has shrunk a lot, almost down to the normal size, he isnt peeing excessivley and is sleeping through the night.
Good luck with everything, Lysodren is very scarey during the loading dose, but its the best thing I could have ever done for my Samuel Glenn.
