I have just noticed that my lil Izzie has a second set of lower fangs growing (just now breaking through the gum) so far that is all I'm seeing....She is 5 months old and I have been playing lots of tug of war games with her along with giving her plenty of chew toys and hope that the primary teeth will come out on their own. What I am wondering is at approximately what age are all of their permanent teeth grown in so that when she has to (if necessary) have any remove I can have it done all at once
