How rude! Personally it doesn't bother me. I think it's rude of people to turn their noses up at a dog who isn't purebred when it isn't their dog. However we all have our preferences. I know when we began looking for a yorkie I wanted a purebred one because I was looking for that "yorkie look" and "yorkie personality". Getting a purebred ensured that for me. Yet, I wouldn't snub someone that had a baby that was mixed. That is just a rude individual. We have a chow/lab that we love to pieces and wouldn't trade for anything. |
