Keep her warm...she has to feed!..ask your vet to tube feed her and show you how, this can not wait..she will fade and be gone by tomorrow..
I wish you all the best, but I fear you need to prepare yourself for her loss, unless she is hydrated asap.. kept warm and feed every 3 to 4 hrs...and the pneumonia subsides..
