I had a really random major....Agricultural Business & Economics....I never planned to use it but I never changed my major because after talking to several employers and career counselors, they all gave me the same answer....It really doesn't matter what you major in as long as you major in SOMETHING! Having a college degree simply shows that you are "trainable." Unless you want to go into something that requires a specific major in order to advance, like medicine or nursing, then your major really isn't too important.

That makes so much sense.. I've never really thought about it that way.
