I have pulled thru a few with pnemonia that the vet gave no hope for , they are right about not letting her dehydrate and the Nutrical to keep her strenght up, I also would hold them firmly in my hand upside down and lightly rub towards the head every hour or so and aspirate any fluid that came up.
