I got the same thing a few weeks ago
I had a feeling it was crap just by looking at it, but thought that I had better click on the link to see what it was anyway (yeah I know, stupid move - I SHOULD OF known better
). Anyway, sure enough when I clicked on the link, internet explorer crashed and my Norton popped up - VIRUS FOUND
It wasn't anything major at all (just a little virus that was stored in my temp. internet files) - but Norton removed it right away and all was fine
Be careful though guys!
