I do not see the pie bald markings in Diggy. It is not uncommon for many lines to have a lot of white in the beard and legs..what makes a parti, a parti is the white on the body..at least that is what the Biewer/Parti breeders tell me.
I used to get a lot of white in the tan when I bred Rothby to Trivar..then bred back to Rothby...but they were not parti's..some went too silver and I had to bring in a better steel blue.

Look at his parents and grandparents..as far back as you can go and check their color. Since you want to use him for stud, make sure the bitch owner knows exactly what they are paying for..
I know several Biewer/Parti breeders with pups..I do not mind referring.
