I have been doing my own research because I hope to one day own a Parti.Your dog is cute but i dont see what you are talking about.He doesnt appear to have the strong white that a carrier would have.you keeo referring to him as a splitter.in order to be a splitter he would have one parent that is biewer.Have you not ever seen his parents?He looks like many young yorkie puppies that also have white until they get older.Infact he looks pretty dark to me.I am not sure if you are hoping that he is a carrier or a splitter.your post reads like you are wanting him to carry the pie bald gene and may be he does but he just doesnt look like it to me.
