All you need to do is resize them...and then repost them.

I use Paint Shop Pro but I know the Ifran View, which is freeware, can also be used to resize pictures.

If you'd like you can download Irfan View from their website here: http://www.irfanview.com/

Once you have Irfan View you open the picture, then click on images, then click resize, resize them to about width: 400 pixels (the height will be adjusted automatically), and then save. After that repost!
