I have read through a lot of the recipes and noticed, unfortunately, many misspelled words and incorrect grammar/punctuation (I know, I know--don't shoot the messenger). These are going to all be proofread and edited prior to being published, right?

YTers--don't fuss at me about this post...remember I am a teacher and some things just JUMP out at me!
