Here's a pic of Gizmo and his littermate at 5 weeks old. He's the one on the right (darker one). I didn't think he looked very pretty at that age and his coat looked really coarse, but he kept getting prettier every time I saw him.
The next photo was at approx. 6 weeks (basket). I really wondered for awhile there, so I understand your feelings.
You honestly never know with these little guys.
