) One time she did escape out the front door (someone came to the front door and left the screen door open...Luckily she didn't run too far....and needless to say I now keep the screen door locked. Then the other day while walking her out to the mailbox her leash came undone from her collar...luckily I noticed it before she did or else I know she would have taken off like a flash of lightning....she was busy sniffing the ground. I was able to scoop her up before she knew it....whew, sigh of relief.....I'm waiting to get my harness/leash from Chattiesmom's and then will be able to walk her as I don't trust my retractable leash anymore....I now carry her out to the mailbox.
