Violet is a lovely name and she is adorable. Looks like she has a great place to be when your at work.
May I make one suggestion. Place a towel over the back and 1/3 the way up the sides of her crate. It will make it feel more like a den.
I also leave the radio or TV on when I go out. Something nice and soothing.
