Well I live in apartment and the rules are they be on collar or harness in my case. since yorkies cant have collars for walking.
but i get so scared that he is going to get hit by a car .. the people in here are elderly and most dont care for dogs so i dont have to worry about him being kidnapped
their not fast enough to catch him. heck even i can't catch him fast enough and im 26 LOL
