I'm not the type that likes owners to dress their dogs/pets frequently, or put them in the stroller... you know? But, everyone is free to do whatever they want with their pets, no one else has the right to say you shouldn't do this that... So he was rude for speaking out like that, because she's the owner and she is free to do whatever she pleases, which everyone should respect, or just shut their mouth, to avoid passing ignorance around.
