I'm glad you told the manager. I probably would have made that guy call the manager over & told him in front of him. I don't know about anyone else's Petsmart, but ours has a lot of high school kids working in it. I'm not saying all high school kids are rude & don't know how to act at work, belive me I"m not, but I think sometimes they just are not taught what you can/cannot/should/shouldnot say at work. It should come naturally for most people, but just doesn't for some. For most of these kids it's their first job & they need guidance.
