I would just talk to your bf's sister and explain to her how fragile these little ones are and that you don't want your pup hurt. If I am around someone that I don't want touching my girls I will just go and pick them up and hold them. And depending on my mood!! I may just tell them that I think they are too rough with them and that these little ones are so fast that they can bolt out of their arms in a heartbeat. If they can't understand that....too bad! oops!! must be in one of those moods right now!
