I wonder if the people that are asking for a $200.00 Yorkie might possibly be thinking " hay I see that they have an AKC Lab ( or other breed) listed for $200 in the paper why should the Yorkie cost more" They did not research this kind of dog and think that if other breeds cost less, why should they have to pay more to have a Yorkie.

My mother in law thinks this way and I have tried to explant to her that it's not unusual for a Yorkie to be priced at 800 or more and she said that it is ridiculous that someone would pay that much for a dog!

Needless to say she does not need to know that I am getting my lil guy for more then $800!
