If you have not already you need to get your puppy to a vet immediately. HGE is a very serious condition which has the mucousy, bloody poops and anorexia (not wanting to eat) is a major part of the condition. It can kill a small puppy in hours. GO TO THE VET, even an emergency vet. Your puppy needs support with fluids and antibiotics immediately.
