That's a good question. I just know that running a website of this size costs a great deal of money. You have to pay fees for this much space for all of the posts, photos, videos, etc... Anyone who has a website can tell you about that. The moderators do what they do as a public service, and I can't even imagine the number of hours that go into that. I also know that I want this site to always be available to those yorkie owners in need. By donating, I feel that I am helping in some small way to keep this community up and running. You should never feel that you have to donate. Hopefully, at some point you will feel that you just want to donate.
