I bathe my girls every week-two weeks. Just depends on how busy we are and how dirty they get. I also watch to see if their skin is all dry, it will give you some clues as to if it's drying them out. I wouldn't think every 3 weeks is a problem. I'm not an expert on this stuff though. HeHe
