Lillybelle had ringworm when I bought her...It was a raised dry area-no ring. The ONLY way to get a for sure diagnosis is for the vet to scrape it gently and they look at the scraping under a blue light or something (may even have to send the scrapings to a lab). It was a REAL ORDEAL to heal....took several months of special shampoos, ointments and finally medications....Thats been over a year ago...you probably could look some of my old posts and I think I posted the name of medication that finally healed it and all the details back then.
