Default Severe anxiety when left alone, any advice???

Hi there,

I've had Bailey now for 3 years, I got him when he was just 8 weeks old. I love him with all my heart and soul (everyone loves him) but... If ANYONE (it's the worst with me) leaves the house he goes out of control. He starts barking, crying, pacing and sometimes pees on the floor while in the midst of all this. He's even nipped at myself and other family members as we're leaving the house. I've tried to practice going in and out of the house many times to get him used to it, i've tried giving him a kong with peanut butter in it as i'm on my way out the door. I'm terrified that he's going to have a heart attack or hurt himself when he gets this upset. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've gone through 2 trainers and 2 classes with no success. Thanks in advance for your advice!
