First of all Welcome to YT and I hope you find your answer here. If not then I hope you enjoy being here.

My Yorkies swed above the mussel when they play hard or on hot days, but not on top of the paws.

Drool can be anything from tooths to medical condition, but anytime I have a concern I call the Vets office and ask. They should not charge for that and if they do get a new one.
