Water is a key in dieting. It helps in digesting correctly amongnst many others. Depending on your metabolism, there are many different diets to choose from. It may take some time and experiementing before you know your body and how/where you tend to gain/lose weight. What may work for me may not do a thing for you.

Always remember whatever you choose to do, moderation is key! I know, it's hard but you can start by cutting out certain foods that are obviously not good for you (fast foods, high fat foods) and eat other foods you enjoy in moderation. Self discipline is very vital as well in a proper diet.
