I have to agree with the people that say sugar, I have taken out all white bread and switched to sugar free in my espresso drinks. Avoiding things super high in sugar but still having some in moderation.
I gained about 60 lbs during my pregnancy and this got me down to 120 fast. It has recently helped me get down closer to my goal weight I am at 110now and I don't feel deprived at all.
You would be amazed at what sugar can do to your insulin levels and all the damage it can cause with the amount most people take in.
