i heard it's supposed to have a pavlov's type of effect. if you eat greasy foods with high fat you will xxx see above xxx. this way you train yourself not to eat that stuff. |
My daughter took those pills and lost weight. Just be sensible with your eating and you won't have those side effects. She was so scared about getting them that she didn't eat anything yucky(pizza etc.).
