Selina - all I can say is Thank YOU for what you tried to do. You took that little sweetie into your life and while you're heart was broken ...you gave her joy and love in the short time you had her. It takes a special person to do what you did.

Thank you, Villette! I will take pictures of the memorial this weekend and post them. I can't bring myself to take pictures of her grave yet, but she is buried in our backyard, under a tree with the lillies. We chose a spot close to where we have our bonfires at night sometimes. My husband made something very special to bury her in. He loves Lily as much as I do, and we miss her something fierce!
