Its 4:30 on a friday, I am not doing anything at work anymore, all my work is done, my boss is not here, neither is his boss... yet I feel obligated to stay til 5. To make matters worse, I am salary... so i should be able to just go at this point and not worry about it! right?? GGGRRRR I want to get out of here now!!! I asked my boss if my position could be made hourly pay because the point of salary is to put in 40hours a week... thats it... no set hours etc... but my position is very 8 - 5! and when I stay late I dont get paid OT on salary, but hourly I would! Oh yeah.... he said no.
