Not a dog, but my ex-hubby cat whom I LOVED did pass after the surgery. They called and said Chole was awake and ok, Then a half hour later they called and said she passed. She supposidly reacted to the anesthetic (sp?) This was years ago and vets have came a long way tho....so dont worry I am certain your baby will be ok.
