From what I have heard....she is still at a VERY impressionable age and 9 weeks old is actually considered to young to be away from her mom. She also cannot be fully finished with her shots yet and it is not recommended to take her anywhere except vet until her shots are complete. She can still pick up many fatal diseases. If she were having issues with strangers at say 16 weeks I'd say work on socialized her, but right now, I dont think she should be socialized at all...too young. In my opinion and from what others advised me to do on here, keep her home safe and sound and her confidenece will come naturally. Then if she is still shy and timid acting work on it later.
