The great thing about dog toothpaste is that it is "enzymatic" which means it has enzymes, so the toothpaste pretty much does the brushing itself. The easiest thing I have found to do is, give Vinnie the brush with the toothpaste, he'll lick it all off and then he starts to chew on it, i position it certain ways as he chews so he chews on each side and top and bottom.
