I believe that is a long time for them to hold their pee pee. Definitely leave a piddle pad out for her during the day to relieve herself. You seemed concerned enough that perhaps you should make a visit with the vet. Her hormones could also be changing. However, most likely, she just can't hold it for that many hours.

Personally, my dogs relieved themselves in the morning, late afternoon, evening and again before bed. If I wasn't home, then piddle pads were down and trained to use them.
