Layla gets Activa or Bio Best (the yogurt MUST have pro biotic cultures) and i mix in fruit that i bought frozen.... i thaw a few berries and musht them up in the yorugt.. she gets about 2 tsps a night and just LOVES it!
chicken is great for them! so is brown rice .. veggies are great too.. layla is eating home cooked food so i'm a huge advocate for it
