Ugh! I feel your pain! Tucker wakes around 3am every morning and wants in bed with us. Luckily, once he's there he'll sleep until we wake up but I would like for him to sleep all night long in his bed (although I do love snuggling with him). Unfortunately for us, we live with my father-in-law right now so we can't let him bark it out. That's what I plan on doing as soon as we get into our new house though.
