Hi all, thanks for the good wishes. Angel is doing well...her calcium is still dropping on the low end at times so she has received IV calcium daily since going to the vets on Monday. Today, she switched over to Tums and we are waiting to see how her levels hold. She is happy and I think just wanting to go home. We really just all want to make sure her levels are high enough for a safe delivery...on top of hoping she will be able to not have a c section due to size. She has three large pups...so much for the 5 small pups i was hoping for lol. And ya, that small stud theory went right out the window too...granted he wasnt that small. 4.5lbs...but they aren't making very small babies together lol. Her temp has been staying down since this all started so she is being watched closely. She hasn't shown any signs of labor, but has built a very nice nest at the clinic! I'm hoping she will hold until Sunday, and then i'm going to bring her home.
