I found the cutest pink collar online and I was going to buy it, but I was wondering if Gia will even be able to wear an XS for a while. Should I get her a cat collar while she is still a puppy? Will she ever be able to wear a dog collar? I really like this one, but hate to get it if she'll never be able to wear it.

**She is only 7weeks old, hoping to get her in about a month. Right now according to her breeder (I will see for myself on Friday-I am taking a scale) she weighs 1lb 2oz.
