Congratulations and Welcome to YT Cheryl.
How exciting for you to be bringing home your new furbaby tonight.
There's a good change she may cry being alone without her mom for
a couple of nights. Good idea about the blanket with her mother's smell.
If your using pee pads I would just let her go on the pad in the create. I wouldn't set a pattern to get up during the night with her.
I did a couple of times and my vet said do I want to be on his schedule
or do I want him on mine. So I stopped getting up. That 's nice your
putting the crate in your room. A towel over the top may make her
feel more secure during the night.

Good luck and post pictures if you can.
