My condolences on grandma. Hon listen we all have to deal with loss how we can...so if a bit of avoidance right this minute helps then so be it. Your grandma knows how much you loved her because you cared for her while she was sick. She knows what is in your heart and won't be mad at you for needing to cope however you can.
